Our Story
Our company was initially formed on October 10, 2001 in Atlantic City, New Jersey as Worldnet Webhosting Internet Solutions. During this time the company operated as a sole proprietorship under the direction and leadership of our founder Mr. Dante T. Thompson.

On August 27, 2006 Mr. Dante Thompson expanded Worldnet Webhosting Internet Solutions to Petersburg, Virginia, and Las Vegas, Nevada. This expansion project was created to enhance and broadcast our image to customers nationwide.

On December of 2006 Mr. Joel D. Thompson whom manages and operated the Las Vegas office added a new chain to our organization.

Worldnet Trademark Properties was created to offer affordable housing solutions to low-income individuals.

On January 10, 2007 Worldnet Online, Inc. has been formed with C-Corporation status in the Great State of Nevada. Worldnet Online is the parent company for our organization. Today, Worldnet Online stands with the slogan to be a global and diversified organization world-wide.
